3. You mean Internet Explorer 7.
Yes, Chrome is slick and fast compared to IE.

In Chrome, if you go to Customize and Control ->Import Bookmarks and Settings and select From:Microsoft Internet Explorer

That SHOULD bring all of your old IE bookmarks into Chrome.

5. Export from Chrome and Import into IE
If you go into Chrome-

Open 'Customize and Control Google Chrome'
Select 'Bookmark Manager'
In Bookmark Manager Select 'Tools -> Export Bookmarks'

This will save out the Bookmarks to an HTML file.
Remember where you save this file. You may want to name it Chrome_Bookmarks.html

Open IE

Select File Menu -> Import and Export
That will launch the Import / Export Wizard
Hit 'Next'
Select 'Import Bookmarks' and hit Next
Browse to the HMTL file you saved out from Chrome.
Tell the wizard where you want to add to Favorites.

Voila'

You've pulled your Chrome Bookmarks into IE Favorites.
