Now just replace that Norton 2010 box with something else ... ANYTHING else ... and they're gold.

1. THAT'S the business they should be in
Keeping hair metal at bay, a noble endeavor. I would pay a yearly fee to keep Bret Michaels out of my life, you'd better believe it.

Every rose has it's thorn --> Click. BOOOOM! Thank you Norton! Thank you!

2. I had a thought ...

I'm wondering if maybe Symantec has complete revamped their business model and is literally creating a product that protects chickens from 80s hair bands.

I mean, Norton has to be good for something, doesn't it? Doesn't it?

<crickets>

And, ya know, maybe I have it all wrong. Maybe the *real* purpose of DRM is to protect us from all that hair and makeup. :)

4. Hey!
*Where* have you been? Good to see you 'round these parts.

Ya know, my world is turned upside down. Windows 7 looks like not only that it won't suck but may actually motivate me to buy a copy. And if that weren't enough, Microsoft Security Essentials is a decent product, one that makes Norton look even *worse* than it did before.

'Course MS still can't protect chickens. Maybe in Windows 8. :)

:toast:
