Is there a website where one can choose "generic" theme-based flash images....

For purchase or royalty-free or whatever. Or are these basic flash images adapted to fit header areas?

Is there a special name for these graphics?

ON EDIT: I see there are flash templates, for the whole website, but I'm just inquiring about the header flash feature. If there are sites where one can buy that to be inserted into an existing website.
