Recommend (or pan) a dog door for me?

New house needs new doggy door out to the fenced yard. :)

The last one I owned was the Pickwick Dog Operated Door, a double-hinged thingy which I loved from an engineering perspective, but it was a loud slammer:

1. We've always used the kind that has a vinyl magnetic flap.

It also has a hard plastic cover for those times when you don't want to let the dog(s) in or out. The flap has help up well even with five dogs slamming it all at once when they spot a squirrel or deer in the backyard. However, we just bought another one because we're going to raise the door. Our biggest dog is getting a little stiff making it hard for him to stoop down to get through it and we don't have our dachshund any more so we don't need it so low.

My daughter got a door that opens automatically when her dog, wearing some kind of wireless activator on her collar, approaches. She had hoped this would keep her cats in but they quickly figured out what was going on. The motor that raises the door quit working but the company had excellent customer service and sent her another one immediately.
