But it the savagery against Cats and the outright hatred for such a wonderful creature that disturbs me the most. This bill is nothing but pork barrel for sadists and future serial killers (who often start by murdering animals)

1. I haven't done anything much

I've done some research though, and I don't think the Wisconsin law will go through (that doesn't keep thousands of cat haters all across the country from shooting cats whether it's legal or not.)

May they get the black plague.
