Ok folks this is a real vivid dream
it broke into elements, which was strange.

1.- Images of a nasty civil war... yes people shooting, killing, dying and doing the killing. Even some Federal troops shooting at medics who were forced to wear more than just side arms to protect their patients. One particular scene had the medic actually bearing down on two Federal troopers, and opening up with an MP-5 while holding the guts of a grievously injured trooper with the other hand. Now usually by this stage when I have this recurring dream I wake up in a cold sweat, not this time.

2.- Rebel troops have surrounded DC, which places the commanders in a nasty situation, if they call for nukes on their targets, they are effectively calling that nuclear fire on themselves. Yes nukes were used in the dream. So in the end the Brigadier decides to talk peace, and surrender the garrison. Most troops E-3 and bellow are given immediate furloughs while the rest are taken into custody.

3.- The WH is surrounded and a female general, (five stars) leads the assault, now there are many reasons why this struck me as strange, except that this officer also struck me as oh something like a female version of either Washington or Patton insofar as the troops will follow to the ends of the world, Remember the last five stars we had were during WW II. They do find George and his people in the bunker, cowering under a table and take them into custody... turn them over to the Court.

4.- Flash forward to the court... him and his boys, and I mean the top civilian and military leadership are found guilty of a slew of charges, including treason. Never mind the country has been put thorough the ringer, the Court decides that death is too good for this silver spoon and rather give him life in a max security pen. I even thnk I saw the Shoe.

Now it is bout to get even weirder.

This general realizes why the war started so she calls for elections for all offices, but she also tells every state that may want to secede to run a referendum, any state that has a majority vote for it, can leave, no questions asked. Somehow nobody does, but also the elections are close to 90% of all registered voters and no diebold machine to be seen... all paper and pencil with observers.

Oh and the GOP falls into a similar limbo as the NAZIS and before the elections there were some reforms, such as removal of the electoral college and proportional representation.

The first Post Second Civil War President manages to get a very progressive congress to pass the following plan within the fist 100 days (yes reflection of the New Deal I know)

a) National Health Care... single player

b) Antitrust laws that will literally take apart all the major media concerns, WALMART things like that.

c) A very progressive tax cut, with the very rich paying the brunt of taxes

c) Any American corporation that has been chartered in the Bahamas and refuses to come back, looses its status as an American corporation and they are now liable to all rules regarding all foreign corporations.

D) Corporate person hood, after some discussion, disappears

F) public financing of elections.

Then I woke up... the conure went off... I told you folks it was really vivid and very strange...

3. Oh yes
But I feel mostly dejavu as in from the 60's and that this is all supposed to happen. I've never sensed whether or not there will be an actual second civil war. I remember having a vision one night last year seeing someone run in the dark but it looked like a solider in the mid east because of the architecture that I saw and the ground. Why I saw that? Beats me.

5. that's an interesting one alright
Well since you've had recurring dreams about civil war, who knows, maybe it is prophetic. But it could be that you've experienced civil war, or just wartime, in other lifetimes. Or other timeframes of some sort, and that you are extremely aware of this one, because you can smell it coming, so to speak. Also, maybe you are supposed to be participating in some way, so you are getting these dreams as preparation? For some reason, when I read the part about the 5-star woman general, I thought of Cindy Sheehan. Maybe because her features are so strong- like George Washington or
one of those guys. Maybe we are seeing the beginnings of a civil war now, and it will be escalating for a short time. I like the way your dream ends, that sounds very cool. Let us hope for this kind of an ending.

6. tha't's very interesting
I had a dream in September, that I was watching Tv and there where these helicopters hovering over the White House and I went into the next room and told my sister that the
"White House is empty." I think that what it meant was that Bush and his cohorts were
rounded up and charged with multiple crimes. Pray for our country, I believe that we have
a choice in the future, pray that we do not have nuclear strikes in this country.

7. Maybe it was symbolic?
What an interesting dream! I wonder if it's maybe your interpretation of where our country is now. A "civil war" raging between the people, or Democrats & the Administration. The medics needing to defend themselves from the Feds seems like an echo of Katrina, when doctors & hospitals had to fight on their own for people's lives w/o federal help. The rebels are circling the White House, though, as Bush's popularity falls & the truth comes out about Iraq, etc. The female general might be a representation of you, wanting to lead the charge. Finally, justice is done, and you have the chance to create your own vision for America - progressive, fair, & compassionate. It's frustrating to see what's happening, and in your dream, maybe you tried to "make it right" for America. This could maybe be a more reassuring interpretation than a pending civil war (though I've had similar dreams myself).

8. I did have a mind flash or maybe vision recently.
It was very quick, but it was about the Pentagon swallowing the White House.

9. Readying all of this, well it is kind of scary
I don't think I have ever had prophetic dreams though from time to time I have been in places I swaar I have been before, or situations where I strangely know what to do. If this is a prophetic dream lets hope Nukes are not used... though I do beleive we are in teh midst of a very cold civil war.

11. 'a very cold civil war'
That sums up my feelings about our current and recent history, for sure. Anyway, maybe feeling scared is good to a point, but better to do stuff to take your mind off it. Even if something like that did happen (which it might not, or might be very scaled down), you've dreamed of some really good outcomes, so it can't be all bad. I've not dreamed of Civil War, but a friend of mine occasionally dreams of the Castro being bombed or targeted in some way. It would just be nice if we had some timeline or anything definitive as far as what to expect.

10. Not exactly on topic, but my dreams lately have been about J. Edwards.
In one, it was the 1990s, and we were talking about the future (I had traveled back to the last decade to warn people about Bush). He asked if he would be involved in the fight to oppose the tyrannies of the next century. I said yes, and, "Stay involved, no matter what happens." In another, (last night) it was the present. We were speaking in a hotel room about his plans. He was despondent and angry and not optimistic about his chances at being in the W.H. (He was actually so angry I felt it would be better to leave him alone.) That's all I remember about that dream. No conclusions, here, really, I just thought I would mention these dreams since it's been a while since I had any about America's future and it's unusual for me to dream about specific people who will be involved in it.
