Aaah. The dream is for a lemon tree, zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, the usual herbs - rosemary, thyme, oregano, and loverly cilantro :9 I want tarragon too but it may prove very difficult. I've got the basil growing almost out of control. And it's kept flies away during the summertime! Haas avocados are in abundance here, just littering some streets, just a matter of picking up good ones. But I have started sprouting some seeds just to have the plant. My brother-in-law, as a teen was Avocado King once upon a time, a title he still cherishes
The first time I ever saw out of pocket donation was my dad who gave to a homeless man smelling heavily of alcohol. I asked why'd you do that? He's only going to buy more drink with it. My dad said he's a human in need, I have, he needs, and giving is not conditional. So I've never been able to stop myself from giving whatever I can, even my last dollar. I never regret it. And let me tell you, the number of homeless here is staggering. So I give yearly (nothing big) to a group called Stand Down that helps homeless veterans, and the local St. Vincent DePaul. Father Carrol here unabashedly says I'm a thief, I want your money. Look at what Obama accomplished with small donations from millions. So even though I wish to give more, his example proves every little bit helps.
Piggybacking on your Angel/Flower divination card deck,I was listening to David Wilcock from Desertrose's link
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=245x84027. Wilcock talked about asking the universe for large sums of money going hand-in-hand with being prepared for large acts of service and giving back. Ever since I adopted the view of money as energy and needs to flow, really, I've never been without; either in the form of work I enjoy or cold cash coming from nowhere. Nowhere meaning totally unexpected, not planned or sought. So I'm wondering if he isn't correct, in that the amount willing to give freely with good intention is directly the amount (in some form) that comes back.
