It sure feels like it. As I was heading out to lunch an hour ago, I got a call from my son's school nurse. He was playing tag on the playground, spun around and started to run...... right smack into the side of the metal sliding board. She called because his file is flagged 'previous head injury' and she wanted to observe him talking to me and let me know it happened. She said the side of his head (temple to cheek) is red and she's applying ice. If it swells, she'll call me back to have him taken to the dr. She'll monitor in the nurses' office for 60-90 min., then send him back to class and check on him periodically.

Soooo, I get back from lunch and just received an email from my daughter's school letting us know that they had an incident (threat) today where they locked down the school, brought in bomb/firearm sniffing dogs and practically the whole city police force, searched people/bags/lockers and found 2 kids with handguns. They said it's a level III offense and they *MAY* be expelled. MAY....

I'm supposed to go to my singing group for rehearsal tonight (8 wks to learn some really tough stuff), but I think I'm just gonna stay home and hug my kids.

I feel like crying right now..... :(

Honestly, everything was going really great up until about 1:00 today.

The idea that those kids "may" get expelled is horrifying. Handguns??? In my neck of the woods that's criminal charges plus a guaranteed expulsion, no exceptions.

That aspect occurs once a month but it was more than likely impacting your son & daughter's chart & by extention possibly your chart directly.

Uranian aspects to personal planets tend to be accident prone and often result in fleeting though sometimes flattening "spaz" attacks.

There was an often frustrating Mars opposed Saturn on Saturday which could have contributed to and resulted in, some irritation and triggered some pent up aggression within the kids who brought the guns to school who only threatened, but were thankfully prevented from acting out.

Hope your son heals up well and that you and your daughter can relax despite all the ordeals of the day.

Watch for the Mars conjunct Uranus on the 15th @ 6:01 am EDT.

These tax day bail out protests could get indeed get a bit volatile.

Maybe park the kids in front of the tube, internet, or video games (all Uranian ruled) and sign them in late for school that day if you are so compelled. I would normally never recommend such a thing, but given what they endured under today's Uranian aspect, maybe some time to chill and what we used to call "a mental health day" of vegetation might just be in order.

That aspect happens once every year and a half to two and a half years.

If you meditate and ground yourself you'll be fine.

Or you could veg in front of the tube, internet, or video games for shielding.
