What Is EFT and Why Should You Care?

EFT stands for "Emotional Freedom Techniques" and is a simple and amazingly fast "tapping" technique. You just lightly but firmly tap on certain acupuncture/acupressure points on the face, head and upper body and astonishing events begin to take place. The process quickly and easily activates the body's own "energy meridian system" and has great potential for releasing virtually anything that's "wrong" with you.

EFT has been shown to provide relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, and physical issues. 2. I receive the EFT emails, although I musta missed this one

I apparently had my email addy sold and now I get sooooooo much spam, sometimes over 30 per day ALL from the same people :grr: and my regular daily email is finding its way to my junk folder.


Since the seminar is FREE I'll have to check it out, what do I have to lose.

I signed up for it, because I think it could really help, so I'm hoping my computer audio works okay so that I can take advantage of it. Now I'll be researching the EFT!

5. EFT is amazing

I worked with a professional on a variety of trauma issues accumulated over many years through childhood and early adulthood. The effect was more powerful and healing than years of talk therapy. It also has helped me with occasional intestinal blockages which I am prone to.

I highly recommend it.
The main website is www.emofree.com, where there is LOADS of information, free manual on how to, many case histories of various issues. Also, DVD's for sale instructing on finer points and use for many different issues.

There's a ton of info out there on EFT, even tapping sessions on YouTube. Since EFT is so easy to learn, there's also alot of people trying to sell DVD's and such, so use your discernment.
