1. Bwah! Kent Hovind...
...who calls himself "Dr. Dino."

Do a google on that asshat. He has his own website. I'm not responsible for those broken bones when you fall out of the chair laughing.

2. I did!!!
I just about peed my pants when I read his quotes.

Ethical teaching like this:

###
"You see, people don't understand capital punishment is a great deterrent. Especially if it is public and you take your kids down and you watch someone get stoned <.....> and your kid says, "Daddy, what did they do?." "Oh, he was a bad person. He did this, this, this." You're going to impress on that little kid - he's never going to do that."
Source: Truth Radio 8 June 2004 @ 21:25
###

and how can you argue with this logic?

###
"Do you know chimpanzees are still having babies? Why don't they make another human?"

Source: Seminar Part 2 (2003) @ 1:13:10
###

and the genius of the man is staggering:

###
"Probably, after the Flood, the Tower of Babel took place. God put them into different language groups. They spread out. Those that spoke French went one way. Those that spoke German went a different way. Those that spoke Spanish went a different way."

Source: Part 7---Question and Answer Session Video @ 2:08:35 ###

Did you know you could buy the Kent Hovind Topical series for homeschooling Grades 3-12 for $9.95 each or all 12 for $99?

3. Damn, that is rich!
...the genius of the man is staggering.

I fell over dizzy after reading those whoppers! Must...leave...atheist...group. Must...attend...creation boot camp. I mean, this guy makes so much sense!

You know, I used to think that these people actually maybe somewhat tried to find out exactly what the theory of evolution entails, and just rejected it out-of-hand out of religoius belief. But clearly, they have absolutely no idea. These people have digressed to a new level of ignorance. They used to rail on the so-called missing link "problem", but now, apparently, they think interspecies evolution is instantaneous! Wow. No wonder they think evolution is crazy - they think a human just one day popped out of a monkey's ass, voila!

And if that Tower of Babel explanation actually satisfies some young person's intellectual curiosity, a whole new breed of shit-for-brains fundamentalists is on the horizon. Roman and Greek mythology is more believable than that shit!

At first I thought this was hilarious, but I think I'm depressed now. Fucking hopeless, these people.

4. I'm getting depressed thinking
about how many students he educationally crippled while teaching high school science for 15 years.

You almost convince yourself that these are spoof sites, nobody could be THAT stupid but then when you look at the current administration, you are forced to accept reality-we have gone all the way through the looking glass, folks, independent thought has left the building.

I'm listening to CSPAN radio right now and it's just a rehash of the Sunday political programs....oops, scratch that, they're doing call ins now. Caller is talking about how Iraqis do not understand anything but force-and this is a college student.

I like your reality better.

No offense to my DU brothers and sisters from Texas but what the hell is in the water down there?

Do you think this is what Dr. Dennis Swift meant when he talks about men and dinosaurs living together?
