Joan Of Arcadia has been cancelled
I thought that was a good show. But, hey, we gotta make more room for more "reality" shows, I guess. Moonves is a dick.

1. I've never watched it but always heard it was really good
Some people I know stayed away simply because of the "God-factor". I'm an atheist but that wouldn't have bothered me, it's just a TV show. I was just never around at the beginning of the series and I hate watching something when I don't know what's going on.

I like *some* reality shows (Survivor, TAR, Apprentice) but please, no more. Pick a certain time (like 8e/7c on Thursdays), and when Survivor is over play a different show (Big Brother or whatever) until the next Survivor.

On a different note (I'm just babbling now), whatever happened to all the game shows that used to be on in the mornings? There is only The Price is Right and otherwise Larry Elders, The View, Regis and Kelly, or some other crappy talk show. Or, on CBS here, paid programming after TPIR. While getting up and doing housework in the morning I want to watch something light-hearted and fun.

Or whatever happened to Saturday morning cartoons? ABC is pretty good and CBS has gotten a lot better, but NBC is crap!

2. Oh, no! According to that link you posted, Judging Amy is also cancelled!
Nothing they have proposed to replace these shows sounds interesting to me. That's fine -- I'll have more time for reading! :D

3. I always called that show

"Inappropriately Touched by a Deity", but that's just me.

As for being replaced by reality TV, the article lists the replacement shows, they're all procedurals, which I'm getting sick of, despite really liking two of them (CSI, when it's good, and Numbers, which is consistently very good).
