A Kerry mention in article relating to administrtation "plan B".

"Bush has warned that the U.S. commitment to Iraq is not open-ended and will require increased effort from Iraqis. Pressed to specify U.S. limits, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice promised the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that there would be ample opportunity "to see whether or not in fact the Iraqis are living up to the assurances they gave us."

"And what if they don't?" Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) asked.

"I don't think you go to Plan B," Rice replied. "You work with Plan A."

for getting that quote out of Condi. So I commented with the full quote of questioning. He is THE prosecutor in the Senate. It is unfortunate than he's not on , well, every committee in the Senate so no matter where the administration official went, they'd have to deal with Kerry. Okay, not going to happen, but you see my point.

2. Maybe they can designate Kerry as prosector at large
and let him on every committee when needed. :) I do see your point, but understand why that's impossible. (I have been impressed with some of Waxman's questioning as well - but he's not Kerry.)

I would love to see him on the committee (Armed Services??) that will look into these veterans' issues. He, at least, has complained in the past that they weren't getting what they need.

3. This is what is frustrating for me anyway, they do not credit Kerry when they should.
It always seems some go out of their way to not give him credit.
Good counter post!
