4. Nice ad, but I am not sure why he needs it. Why give a reason to the media to remind people there is

a primary and give a reason to ask EOR for comments?

5. He might look like he wasn't taking it seriously if he had no ads

and that might infuriate some people. Also, reminding people there is a primary and that he is a good Senator is good for him. I would think that low turn out helps EOR more than Kerry.

Kerry's record here is impeccable so what could EOR say - other than bringing up his only issue?

6. Nothing wrong about this ad. It is just surprising that he would choose ads

while he has been keeping a low profile this week (including not going to a Democratic forum where O' Reilly and Beatty will speak on Friday). .

Knowing that the biggest reproach that people have here is that he does not care about people and is not in contact, this strategy seems weird (he has announced previously he would be present at the Democratic Convention in Denver, as a reason for not fixing a date for a debate with EOR).

Well, I am sure he knows what he does. It is just weird.
