Well y'all life certainly is a confusing thing
As you guys know I spent most of the last week taking care of my granddaddy and now I just find out that a guy I graduated high school with died. It's a surreal feeling honestly. We don't know when we'll go.

1. How sad
Was he in Iraq, or was it from an accident or illness?
The week of my HS graduation we lost a classmate and several were badly injured in an accident, our class only had 130 students in it and we all knew each other pretty well, it made for a terribly sad graduation.

3. That is so true
I spent some of Friday with an elderly friend who has terminal cancer. But it's true, her husband could go tomorrow, she could have a heart attack or something before the cancer ever gets her. All us kids thought my dad would outlive us, and he had a sudden heart attack and died, he was as healthy as can be. You just never know, it is so true. Sorry about your friend.

He was in good health and my dad even had lunch with him and then he was gone just like that. Thanks.

5. I'm sorry for your loss, John
Yeah, all of this shows us that we really do need to live our lives as if it's our last day on Earth, because it may be . . .

6. Yep
Oh the sorrow and tragedy I have seen in the past five years could make the strongest of us weep.
