Without even so much as a blood test to rule out a dietary cause to her recent erratic behavior.
It seems to me an outrage that a physician would dispense a powerful anti- psychotic drug... he also gave her adavan.
I think she got a diagnoses from some unskilled person she knows and went in and sold her doctor on it and her doctor was like...ok here take this and this.
They are sending her to psychiatrist but I don't see why he would make the judgment and put her on that. I think this could make matters worse.
This person also has a bad history of sleeping regularly and eating well....and so is that a symptom or the cause?
then you might let her know she can always get another opinion. Mental illness is some of the harder stuff out there to diagnose and people make mistakes sometimes.
