Engagement Photos -- my daughter and her fiance
My daughter asked me to take some engagement-style photos for her upcoming wedding. She and her fiance (who is from Wales) came down to Austin and I took them around to a few spots. I had never tried to do any photos like these before. But we all had a good time and I think they turned out pretty well.

1. They look great
I love it that they are both so very informal but also professional looking. They are a beautiful couple. I really like the one with the cup and straw and the one sitting on the wall, holding hands behind them.

Did she keep switching outfits? Or were these done on different days?

Yup, I have a daughter getting married this year too. Maybe I will try to do some shots of them.

2. Well done!
I like the one with the ring in focus, and them blurred. And, the jumping one.

You did a fine job!

3. Terrific shots!
I like the 4th and the last 2 the best. Also the one with the ring in focus is very unusual.

Congratulations!

7. The ring shot was my daughter's idea.

I think she had seen one like it in one of those bridal magazines she pores over. I thought it was a neat idea.

4. Congratulations to your daughter and her fiance
I like the candid, yet very professional, look of these. You did a good job catching those special moments between them.
