A few flowers (weeds)

Time for birding has been limited so I have been focusing on some plants trying to learn how to use my wide angle lens more and my macro lens more. The thistle is from last weekend. The azalea is from a few weeks ago and the last one is from the Government Canyon State Park in Helotes, Texas. I actually took that one last summer.







I am processing a few more.

How shocking!;)

Those pinky-purple colours really pop against the background. My favourite is the dandylion, with the furry seed heads.
