Farm Road
Seriously, that is the name of it. This is the intersection of Farm Road and Walnut Grove Road.

1. Happy to see the starlings stop for the red light
Nice pic. Incredibly tall windmill.

5. That windmill
Is probably six stories high or so. It keeps twirling around and moving with the wind, but what it does other than that I have no idea. Maybe it helps with the pumping of water having to do with the lakes. It is owned by the county.

3. Love it. A shot that is difficult to get right. The bird detail is great.

7. Thanks, tabatha
I actually was in my car at the stop light. I had a red light, but positioned my car to angle so I could take the pic. As you can see, the light changed before I had a chance to snap. Nobody was behind me or they would have been honking.

4. This one will, forever, spell "Celebration" to me.
It's all birds.
And it is perfect.
You even got a red light in there
Simply AWESOME. Hitchcock would have hired you.

8. These birds are amazing all winter long
I need to figure out how to depict the flocks of starlings better, without going into movie mode. I did get some flying in front of the almost full moon, but they were a bit far away to be dramatic. They absolutely love the wires all along Walnut Grove Road, and it just so happened that they flocked at this particular corner when I was stopped at the stop light. Fortunately I had not put my camera back in the case.
