Tuesday, 11/15: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning, gang!

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine, and then abdominal work in the weight room.

The other day, when I sneezed, my tummy really bothered me right near the area of my hernia. Today, when working the abs, the tummy put up a bit of an argument. It just didn't feel right. I took it relatively easy, and I think it's time to insist to the doctor that she fix it. (She had wanted me to lose 20 more lbs., and I've lost half of that.)

BTW--yesterday, I did have to walk back to the garage to get my car. Total cardio workout for yesterday was 6 miles. (I'm such a bad-ass!)

1. Just back from the gym and out of the shower.
Today was shoulders and 30 minutes of cardio.

I hope you can get your hernia addressed soon.

2. It typically doesn't bother me
but one good sneeze over the weekend, and I'm feeling it.

The doc thought they could do my tummy tuck (lots of loose skin from my big weight loss) at the same time as the hernia repair, so she wanted to be sure that I was going to keep the weight off. That's why she wanted me to wait until I had lost a bit more.

3. Ahhh...I have the loose skin thing, too.
It just makes me have to buy pants a size larger. :eyes::nopity: Maybe if I ever have enough money left over after doing more important things I'll address it.

4. 40 minutes of cardio
Also some squats and some bicep/tricep work.

Having more and more trouble now that my steroid injection is wearing off, but I'm getting another one on Monday.
