Wednesday, 11/16: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks! :hi:

Today I took my weekly spinning class. It felt really good despite my shins still being sore from Monday's double work-out.

I also went into the weight room and did my leg routine.

What did you do today?

3. An hour of walking.
I'm in a lot of pain from my neck injury, but I have my epidural injection scheduled for Monday, so less than a week until pain relief...

I'm going to start building this up like I did the deadlifts. Starting WAY low and adding 5lbs per week. As long as my shoulders hold out.

Do not stress the achilles tendon. Hard to heal.
