Monday, 11/21: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then went into the weight room to work on knees and legs.

What's up w/ you folks today?

1. 45 minutes of cardio, then biceps & triceps
Some yoga as well.

I'm off to get my second epidural injection in my neck today at noon. I'll be down for the count for a day or so but then I should be feeling better than ever by Wednesday. :hi:

2. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
I did this twisting sit up exercise with a medicine ball & I am really feeling it in my sides already.

10. Short on time and tired...
so I did the step only premix of Imax 3 (no interval blasts), which clocked in at only thirty minutes. Better than doing nothing, I guess! :-)
