Thursday, 12/1: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

Today I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine and then went into the weight room for leg and knee work.


How about you guys?

1. Yes, 1 1/2 hours on bicycle on the road, only got chased by one
rottweiller. Was on one stretch of road for nearly 45 minutes with no cars at all. A very nice ride. Then dumbbells for arms and shoulders.

7. It just opened but I havent' had a chance to check it out.
I've been busy and just haven't gotten over there. Plus everyone I know is at SR. If they switch the routes more often than the other ET then it might be worth changing memberships.
