20 minutes of Yoga. Hitting the climbing gym tonight.

al gore's movie really nudged my about my life style. had a couple of errands to do last night, and turned it into an excuse to ride for a while. yeah!

I did an upper-body workout in the weight room, and then did 45 minutes of cardio (15 on StairMaster, 30 on elliptical).

12. I got in 4.5 miles of walking
About half in the morning with two of my dogs and the rest in the evening with my "cardio" friend. ;)
