Tuesday 7/18 I worked out today - how about you?
In the gym on machines:
leg extensions
leg curl
calf raise
leg press
seated row
abdominal
lower back
and with free weights - ez curl and skull crusher

Later, an 18 mile bicycle ride - a good day.

3. Tuesday was aerobics video, upper body weights & yoga.
I think I'm starting to get back in the swing of working out everyday!

4. Day off
Had the day off from work, and since my gym is at my job and it's too hot to do anything out of air conditioning, I took the day off.
