Looking for bags of glucose
I am planning to make my own Cell-Tech and the recipe calls bags of glucose; the author said one can get it at your local healthfood store. I've tried mine in my area, but couldn't find any.

I thought I remember seeing it online at a site, but I do not remember where. Any help on this would be appreciated (I'll send you the recipe).

1. I wouldn't use glucose, I would use dextrose and
maltodextrin for my PWO shake. Here is a link to an article that spells it out. Cell-Tech is garbage and Muscletech is being sued for not putting in the ingredients they say they put in. Here is the link to the PWO shake article.

You can find dextrose and maltodextrin at online retailers wherever you buy your protein.

2. Hmmm, I'll check it out ...
Cell Tech is thru the roof and I refuse to spend that much money on it. A local Vitamin Shoppe screwed up their in-house orders, creating an overstock, so they're selling 1000g of TwinLabs Creatin for $20 a pop. I bought a couple and found this recipe, so I figured I'd try it.

3. Just scoop the creatine mono into your mouth and chase with
water. It takes a few times to get used to the texture, but you don't lose any on the sides of your container by mixing it. I've also done this with glutamine and it works well. You bought the powder creatine right? It's usually cheaper.

4. Of course ...
after my workout, I do a protein shake with 2 scoops of protein, a scoop of creatin and scoop of glutamin, mxing it with apple or grape juice. In the afternoon, I do a protein shake with creatin and water.

5. Interesting. Thanks.
I drink creatine after my workout, but separately. I drink a protein shake after, but nothing mixed in.

Thanks. I may add creatine to my protein shake.
