Back to regular schedule today after being away on vacation.

I jogged 3.5 miles.

3. Yup, 2 hours of cycling. 23 miles.
tomorrow, the plan is 50 miles.

I'm training for an organized century ride on Oct. 1st. :thumbsup: My first one in six years...
