Start of a new week. Monday, 01/12/09 - Did you work out?
I did an hour on the elliptical. A little warmer today, may take the bike for a spin.

1. Yes, I did!
35 minutes on the elliptical

about 30 minutes doing upper body weights and circuits

35 minutes on the treadmill.

2. That sounds like a good overall workout.
After I build up my stamina a little more, plan to add weights.

3. I haven't checked in in a while,
but I'm glad to see you're still going at it. Do you feel the effects of your continued effort yet? A lightness in step perhaps? Or pants fitting a bit more loosely?

I stalled out a little last week but got back on track this week. The 'first thing in the morning' is key for me. It will be easier as we get into warmer weather.
