Jackson 14, Prosecution 0 - it's a final!

It seems inarguable that the Michael Jackson case hinged on the accuser’s mother - not how she was portrayed by the defense, but how she conducted herself. The comments from Juror #5, “I disliked it intensely when she snapped her fingers at us. That’s when I thought ‘Don’t snap your fingers at me, lady,’” should be inscribed above every courtroom in the country - or at least in every prosecutor’s office.

ya gotta prep your witnesses, esp with a jury trial. you never know what juries are going to focus on. one of my friends lost a custody case that she should have won because the jury thought her client (female of course) was too uppity with her husband's attorney & didn't show him enough respect. geez

4. I am so thrilled I checked in again late this morning

He seems to be really thrilled to be getting back together with Patrick again...and it shows.

I'm looking forward to a great Countdown tonight in which Keith stares right in the eye of everyone who knocked him last night for doing an all-MJ show and says, "You want meat? HERE's your meat!"
