Okay ...it is summer ...time to start shaving legs, underarms...etc

So anyone have a product they recommend?
I am thinking of trying that Nads stuff because I hate shaving my legs....and of course laser is too expensive..

1. i hate shaving also

waxing is a lot better since it lasts longer and the regrowth seems lighter. one problem with waxing is you have to wait for hair to grow back a certain amount before you can wax again. but i don't really have a problem with that.

i haven't tried nads. i have tried sally hansen and nair waxes. they are ok. i think it's more a matter of whether you know how to do it rather than the wax itself. i got the roller on ones since it seems easier to deal with.

getting it done at a salon is another option. but it will cost more.

Nair and Neet never worked for me, but these two do the trick... and are great for the , ahem, sensitive areas where you don't want razor bumps!

5. I've heard it stinks (as in smell) to high heaven and it lingers.

Has that been your experience?

I'm strongly considering giving it a try.

In AZ, bare is a must for survival, so I'm looking for all the help I can get!

...hurt like hell. I prefer a depilatory like Nair.

6. Do everything you can to save your $$ to have your legs

waxed. Best choice I've ever made. I sacrifice elsewhere to have the $50 is costs every 8-10 weeks or so. As time goes on, your leg hair actually diminishes (especially if you're over 45) and I now only get them waxed 3-4 times per year.

7. I just bought a Braun epilator and am slowly getting used to it.....

same process as waxing, but with a shaver type apparatus.

When I saw how my sister-in-law - a very dark haired Italian - had very little hair growth on her legs after using this for a few years, I thought it might be worth getting used to the pain.....there are tips for making it less painful too.

I bought the latest model with interchangeable heads for facial hair, underarm and bikini line, etc.
It has a 2 month testing period here - if you want to return it within that time period you can get your money back.
