Having a hard time these past few days
kind of obsessing on chocolate (hey I'm a woman ;))
so far I've been good though. Maybe if work weren't so dang boring at the moment. I do tend to eat when I'm bored.

1. I get the chocolate craving too and here's what I usually do
buy a bar of low carb/low sugar chocolate (they aren't too bad actually),

or buy some unsweetened dark chocolate squares, melt a couple in the microwave, add some splenda and a little dash of milk--it's good,

or sometimes just a mug of no-sugar added hot chocolate hits the spot (even in summer).


I have a hard time fighting my chocolate cravings too, so I usually just try to deal with them in the least caloric way as possible!

2. Jello non-fat, sugar-free pudding is really good. Excellent texture and
can satisfy a chocolate craving. There is white chocolate, chocolate, and (my favorite) chocolate fudge. Enjoy!
