A clean bacon hamburger
A lean beef patty, a slice of tomato, 3 turkey bacon strips, sandwiched between two pieces whole wheat bread with mustard. MMMMM!!

1. A cleaner bacon hamburger
A veggie burger patty, slice of tomato, 2 veggie bacon strips, sandwiched between two pieces of whole wheat bread with mustard.

Oh, I almost forgot -- also, add some soy cheese.

I would like yours if I ate meat. I'm glad I have an alternative, though.

2. I am a meat eating vegatarian..lol
I eat lots of fruit and vegetables but I also eat meat. I have been body building and it's the easiest, cheapest way I can get my protein. I like your veggie burger though. I am going to try that next week.

3. The soy veggie burgers actually have MORE protein than regular burgers
I was really amazed when I first became vegetarian, that I could get more protein from soy than from meat. And no fat! Even my carnivorous boyfriend likes the soy italian sausage crumbles I use in my pasta dishes.
