I'd take 11 in a month any day! As much as you want to lose more quickly, you really don't want to lose more quickly as it will just come back quickly. Been there, done that. :(
I've now lost 15 pounds and am starting my 10th week. I'd say we're pacing each other well. I'm noticing that I'm feeling better and sleeping better. How about you?

I feel like I gained 5lbs over the weekend, but I won't get on the scale until Friday. We had a yard sale over the weekend & I did a lot of munching. I also hurt my shoulder Saturday so did not work out yesterday or today. I hope I can tomorrow.
getting used to eating differently. If we could just do it without any mistakes, we wouldn't have gained the weight in the first place. Don't let those munchy days mean anything about your long-term committment; they're just a speed bump on the road.
