1. I love it! "GE Russert"!
I caught part of it, and he was embarrassing. What a shill.

5. But notice how Bloathead's beady eyes twinkle...
And how much he enjoys that god awful Double doing those inane impressions. He's just tickled pink at the "good natured, poking fun" at ** who is "such a good sport!" It makes me sooooo sick! :puke:

2. Russert because he acted like he wants the Dems to fail
The Repukes have brought us to the edge of ruin and perhaps beyond. The Dems want to pull us back from the edge and restore dignity and a well being. Russert just wants to act like they can't accomplish anything. Mr. Potato Head is bad for America. He deserved a slap from Pelosi.

3. I'm watching it now and he's horrible...
he's so nervous his tax cuts will be rolled back. Timmy is upset. What is his fucking problem? He's talking so fast he sounds like he's on speed.

6. I only caught a bit this am. Did I hear him harangued her
about problems with the dems - like Patrick Kennedy? and the McKinney hitting a officer of the law?

What total bullshit. Like these two issues are symptomatic of the entire party going to pot. He was totally and utterly grasping at straws.

Obviously, he can not stomach Nancy Pelosi. He let his personal feelings enter into it..

7. I would like to know what she thinks of timmy boy
that would be interesting. I turned the shill off a while back and from what I am reading today on the 'internets' that I made a good sound decision in doing that. Speaker Pelosi has a nice ring to it.

8. What a joy watching Pelosi, compared to Gephardt. She emphasized
positive Dem talking points, repeatedly, while Russert was a gasbag on caffeine.

9. He made a fool of himself. But not just to Dems. My sister who voted
twice for Bush, GOT WHAT HE WAS DOING!! :bounce:

We nearly didn't speak again after the last election, but now she and her husband who were so anti-dem back then, have finally woken up! She was totally not interested in Patrick Kennedy's fender bender. She AGREED WITH ME that what the Republicans are doing are crimes against the American people. And she still doesn't like Dems, but now she likes Repubs even less!

They better find other tactics, because Republicans have had it with this administration and my family members who voted for Bush now think he should thrown out of office before he does anymore harm to the country. It's SO HARD not to say 'I told you so'! But I don't, I'm just so glad that people are waking up.

Nancy Pelosi was interrogated, not interviewed on that show today. Russert was DESPERATE and it showed. He totally revealed himself. But when he gave pulled out his weak little list of Dems who are 'ethically challenged', Nancy should have pulled out HER List, that very long and growing list of Republican Criminals ~

All Dems should expect this now and should have a list with them as soon as the propagandists start with the 'Dems do it too' nonsense.

She should have said ~ Well Tim, a fender bender hardly compares to a:

Repub. Congressman going to jail for accepting bribes from Defense Contractors. Or a:
Repub. Domestic affairs official arrested for petty theft or a
Repub. Director of Procurement now on trial for lying to the Feds. Or a
Repub. Lobbyist, Abramoff and his
Repub. Partners, Kidan and Scanlon all convicted for crimes of corruption. Or FOUR
Repub. Governors convicted of crimes of corruption or
Repub. Scooter Libby indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice or
Repub. Majority leader of the House, Tom Delay, indicted on money laundering chargers

Just a small sample of Republican crime which she should have been ready with. We need to put together a comprehensive list and fax it to all Democrats to bring with them to interviews. After a while, Timmy and his friends will get the message. You even think about trying to compare Dems to Repubs in this administration and we will use this microphone to give the public the news you are trying to bury!

Tim Russert must be really, really afraid of something. Maybe someone has photos? In the Watergate Hotel?

10. State by State Scorecard
http://waynemadsenreport.com/gopscorecard.php

Wish my inlaws would flip. Everytime I see them, I say, "Well, do you STILL like him?" and they say yes. Then I say, "Well, people who like him are getting fewer and fewer - now only 32%. When do you think you will change?"

It was REALLY bad after the election. In fact, I screamed at my brother-in-law at Thanksgiving dinner. Now, it is so much better because I was right and now you don't have to say anything. It is obvious. It feels good.

There is a hard core left, who will never admit that they made a grave error in electing the Idiot !

11. Don't give up, we had some screaming fights also ~ and I never, ever
thought this would happen. I don't know who they'll vote for in Nov., but I doubt it will be Republican. We can actually talk again.

If your in-laws have grown silent, it could mean they are just trying to absorb what they are seeing with their own eyes, but need a few more scandals to tip them over the edge. Maybe this next one will do it for them.

I was also shocked when my BIL showed me some Literature in one of the religious pamphlets they get about the PNAC! At first I was afraid to read it, thinking it would be a defense, but it was not. I think churches are finally seeing how unChristian this administration is as their own elderly relatives and veterans et al, begin to feel the effects of Bush's immoral budgets. I stopped going to Church after the election because the Church never mentioned the unChristian war, the slaughter or the torture, and I did not want to 'pray for the president' I wanted to pray for his victims.

So who knows, your relatives may soon wake up. It's happening all over the country ~ first those who used to yell confidently in defense of the regime, seem to become silent, then angry. I hope it happens that way for you ~ :-)

12. Well my sister in law flipped on Delay anyway. At first she
thought it was just Ronnie Earl sandbagging him. Then she said, "now I found out that Delay probably is guilty."

My parents-in-law - they will never, ever switch. Their sole source of info is Fox and Rush. My mother in law loves Cheney the best. She was so pissed that they kept calling him the "shooter" -- thought that was too harsh.

I asked my husband why, with all the mounting evidence, could people still be behind the Clown? He said that they are stubborn and no matter what, would never admit that they made a huge mistake.

Yes, I wish there would be a Christian movement to end the war. We have got to get someone to spark it since our Dem leaders (except for a handful) won't
