Those move on parties really are filling up fast.
I live in the west SFV. I got that email earlier today and now the closest "party" is 9 miles away (starting at 4 miles away). Amazing. B*sh even lost the SFV - I didn't think that was possible for a republican!!

Looking forward to November,

Joe

2. I've seen your posts NJ -
You're OK with me anytime.

I think the country figured this asshole out. We are slow as a country. But we get it right in the end, though.

There is a scene in "Oh Brother, Where art Thou" - near the end of the movie. They run the guy out of town on a rail - That kind of thing really happened, across the country, then. I think it still happens, with a 21st century twist. It is what makes us Americans - our revisionist look at the past.

God bless New Jersey.

Please bring on November soon.

Joe

... comment can help keep you going sometimes... It means a lot to me and inspires me to keep on going for the cause. It's simple people like us who can make a difference if we work hard and believe we can.

Please hang on, I promise, November is just around the corner... ;)

9. Power to the people...!

Another brilliant Johnny comment (see below post)... Can you imagine if Lennon was alive today...? He'd make Michael Moore look conservative...

Can't host one but wouldn't mind going. Except I'm babysitting the grandson until Monday.

4. I'm hosting one -
I got this unusual RSVP:

"As an aid to your discussion I thought I would provide you with a little insight. Don't make the mistake of assuming your opponents are all the "religious right"...that is an oversimplification of right-wing ideals. Many conservatives are atheists. Some of us practice Buddhist thought (which is NOT a religion and not a pacifist-based "philosophy"). Good luck and make a plan that will challenge the Republicans to improve. True conservatives believe in uninhibited free speech so I have no desire to silence you."

Now - does this mean that they won't be attending??

8. That's an RSVP...? Holy cow...

... my jaw would have dropped reading that... And I wouldn't say "many" conservatives are atheists, only "some"... Furthermore, I wonder how Buddhists would feel about their religion being hijacked and turned into something called "Buddihst thought"...? Too funny, people are too much these days... Hey, whatever gets you through the night, I say... Or actually, John said that... :P
