that's how she ends up with "bestsellers". Billionaire wingnuts buy up rightwing books in bulk, warehouse the books, and cook the numbers so America thinks these hacks are well-received. They're not. They're just well bankrolled.
Kinda like Dubya being a "successful" businessman. He wasn't. But Daddy's friends kept bankrolling his failed endeavors.
Same with Coulter.

She's like those pop idols who can't sing and get manufactured hits in the studio and plenty of airplay.
