This is why there will never be peace in the ME and the US should not
lose one more of its children in wars to protect the most hideous "democracy" in the ME.

1. That's their collective version of democracy
kill all who don't support land and resource theft. Call them terrorist while we steal their land and resources. Nothing's changed since Columbus landed or since they slaughtered the indigenous people at Wounded Knee. We live on a very sick planet. The most evil men are in charge.

As corporations abandon America, so does America...

"Occupation", I suspect, is too miniscule a word for what is happening.

Particularly as India and China, our corporate benefactors, are closer to those oil-rich countries than we are. They would be endangered... not the US. Well, not until the freaks over here act up.

And if one I used to befriend would have been inclined to kill me, in 2002, just for being gay (he is that serious about his religion), Lord only knows what he's thinking now. :scared: Well, his brother told me I would not be in a good position, alluding that something very bad would happen.

Whatever. we all die at some time. It's better to enjoy living. Kinda hard to enjoy death...

2. I read about this in today's NY Times
and wondered how in the world this was going to help matters.
