At the Nuremberg war crimes trials after WWII, there were these charges...
.....
The Nuremberg trial was conducted by a joint United States-British-French-Soviet military tribunal, with each nation supplying two judges. The four counts in the indictment were: Count 1 - CONSPIRACY to commit the crimes alleged in the next three counts. Count 2 - CRIMES AGAINST PEACE including planning, preparing, starting, or waging aggressive war. Count 3 - WAR CRIMES including violations of laws or customs of war. Count 4 - CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY including murder, extermination, enslavement, persecution on political or racial grounds, involuntary deportment, and inhumane acts against civilian populations.

hmmmmm.....comments, anyone?

2. Victor's justice.
While the defendents certainly deserved trial, the victor nations committed all of the same crimes before, during, and after the war.

3. If the shoe fits...
When * stole the election and then bragged about not reading...and not believing in history and it's impact......I was mortified....

A man that had never traveled outside of theUS....no respect for other countries and their peoples.....he already had the Hitler complex....well I hope the world will try him and his comrades for the charges noted above and if found guilty....I hope that the penalty is the same...

4. Had Germany succeeded and I am glad they didn't, there
would have been no charges, maybe an investigation here and there, but no warcrimes.... one would assume.
