To all Democrats, a list of recent Bush (and GOP) wins:
I am calling them wins because it is an election year, there will be winners and losers in November...

1) Rove walks
2) San Diego seat won
3) Al Zarqawi terminated
4) DeLay is out of the way
5) Iraq government is formed
6) Bush makes visit to now more peaceful/stable Iraq (this will be the headline)

As of now, looks like a GOP immaculate plan and flawless execution are in play for the Rove team.

We really REALLy have alot of work to do between now and November.

Has Harry Reid been met with Howard Dean lately?

1. zarqawi is NOT a bush victory
it is good that he is no longer around, and it has nothing to do with bush

The Iraq government being formed is a joke

bush's visit is also a joke

3. Of course it is, it the BIGGEST victory, because it is Bush
who makes these battles personal.

Of course, a bad guy dies, we all win too...No?

2. Agreed. Lots of work to do. However . . .
Let's look at it this way:

1) Rove narrowly avoids indictment
2) 'Lican squeaks by in solidly 'Lican district after massive infusion of party funds
3) One head of the hydra cut off; new one grows immediately
4) Dishonored congressman leaves kicking and squealing, in an undignified and nasty manner
5) Very shaky government sits -- now they have to produce. And they have to overcome the corruption issue, which is more pernicious than the insurgency
6) Bush showboats in Baghdad; flop sweat obvious on his brow.

We can work with this.

4. Wow Man... You See the Positive for the GOP
in all of this and then come out and blame the Dem leadership for all those things you listed? What's up with that?

6. Well, he has to do something while taking a break from
bashing truthout all morning. It's a great day for him. Tom Delay being run out of town for corruption is a GOP positive you see.

9. If the Democratic leadership think that not taking a stand is a way to win
then the country will be putting up with this shit for years to come. I do not know how many times this site has posted celebrations of Roves indictment, a seat we won too soon ....
Until we stop gloating at their missteps and start showing America leadership by speaking truth to power and speaking with one voice, nothing will change
