american flag necktie on Wash. Journal. he is representing a soldier that was in the Haditha butcher. the soldier hasn't been charged yet so Puckett doesn't know much. he had to say I don't know a number of times as he can't get at info until the Charge Sheet is out on his client. his client says it didn't happen.

he did tell us something interesting. the Military "Rules of Engagement" is classified. laughing insanely.

apparently he has written an article, published last wkend? and now was on Wash. Journal talking about his client, who hasn't been charged yet, and the wonderful marines.

one of the callers had a great suggestion - bomb Haditha out of existence and then there would no need for an investigation. americans are such kind folks.

so why is this 'lawyer' pushing his client's case before the client is charged. getting his articles published and invited onto Wash. Journal? who is fronting him?
