I am hoping that Gore's speech Monday will light the fire under
the rest of the Democratic party. And that the meeting Wednesday with the senators will have something to do with Gore's speech. Does anyone know when and where the speech will be given and how we can see it on TV? This could be the start of an opposition party, if the Democrats really want to be one.

2. Rove would light a fire in the WH to keep the press from covering it
They are not gonna let that speech get any "Mainstream Media" coverage if at all possible. Watch for Bush & Co go into Look-At-Me mode Monday... big time.

They are so predictable.

7. No Reason To Expect Liberal Media
to cover his speech.

If they do, you can count on an enormous amount of negative spew by the TeeVee pundits calling Gore and the liberal left every shitty name they can think of.

be mandatory viewing required.

11. Will the corp media cover it? If a tree falls in the forest....
sad the way it works. Sad for democracy.

I'll hear him, though. We will.

Maybe he'll sigh a little too hard for wolf blitzer's taste and we'll see something about on cnn, ala Dean's scream. Woudln't be the first time.

supposed to be, anyone know? I have a big meeting at 1pm so I'm hoping the bulk of it is done before then.

Say it all, Al. Just say it all. Call a monkey a monkey, and make them all defend the chimperor.
