His move is causing problems for the GOP back in Texas, the Dems are raising hell down there.

and preparing for his trial.

He'll end up lobbying (in his best-case scenario), but, for now, he can't do much of anything besides work with his lawyers.

They had this Virginia home while he was in Congress, by the way.

After the entire liberal blogosphere made him realize what a laughingstock he was for having the Colbert clip on there, he left it up for a while but it wouldn't load any more. Now I guess he figured we all stopped going there to laugh so he's surreptitiously removed it. What a maroon! What a moran!
