Does anyone think the Britney Spears naked pics are newsworthy
Seriously, soldiers are dying, people in Africa are suffering, hell people in NO are suffering, gas prices are ridiculous, the President is a criminal, and there is major flooding on the east coast and major drought and fires burning in the west and we haven't even had a hurricane yet. Is this important enough for everyone (even KO) to be talking about.

26. I seem to remember Demi Moore doing something like this...
...and she was way further into her pregnancy...and IMHO a MUCH prettier and savvier woman.

*wonders when it will finally sink in that when women get pregnant they get big bellies...:wow:*
:sarcasm: :eyes:

She hasn't released in an album in over two years. Shouldn't she have gone the way of the Spice Girls by now?

35. Oh, if only Britney would disappear like that...
Unfortunately we in the UK are still stuck with one of the Spice Girls - Victoria Beckham - who is desperately, pathetically clinging on to fame by virtue of being married to footballer David Beckham. I sometimes wonder what she's going to do when he finally retires and she can't get her photo in the newspapers and magazines every week.

Lisa de Moreas' article about the feud in the Washington Post yesterday was a riot.

with dwelling on it may bring a solution and an end.

31. I live in Washington, have done volunteer work with the wounded...
at Bethesda Naval and am a regular platelet donor at Walter Reed. I have an appt. next week to donate.

Those who are most directly affected by the war DO need some diversion. If laughing at Britney Spears helps them forget for a few moments, then more power to them.

That's how 30% of what's in the media gets there: PR firms.

I can't figure out why it was okay for her and not Britney. People really need to chill out, she really is a human being with real feelings. Are people going to start egging her next??

29. Yes. Definitely.
Pregnant women are beautiful. Because there are bad things going on does not mean that we should be restricted to only having the Cheney cult of death in the media. A pregnant woman is the miracle of life.

Also, during all the madness of the late 1960s, John & Yoko posed nude for their infamous first album, Two Virgins. It was a good thing.

In the picture she has a nice smile, nice skin, I like it. Seeing it made my day better. Now back to the more miserable side of life.

37. Shots of Britney Spears are almost as newsworthy as........
Photos of sand in the Sahara or snow in Antarctica.

It's too bad that "get a life" isn't enforceable in a court of law.
