I don't see any variance from what they say publicly:

1) Bush's position is that Syria controls (or COULD control) Hezbollah
2) Bush blames neither Israel nor the government of Lebanon for the current crisis

The most interesting thing to me is the bit about Blair's own assessment of his role and being able to "just go out and talk" versus Condi goes when the results are more certain.

Blair gave him a sweater -God knows why, but it seems these people are always exchanging gifts- and here's how that remark was reported:

It's hard to believe this wasn't a planned event. His peeps will eat it up. The uninformed everyperson usually wants to throw up their hands and swear at someone over the ME.
