Dana Milbank's "Mystery Republican" revealed: It was Steele (MD)
and now, of course, he says he was "taken out of context."

Steele is the GOP Senate Candidate from Maryland, and the Lt. Gov. I also heard that he has referred to Bush as his "home-boy".
