CAPITOL HILL A key figure in the investigation of former Congressman Mark Foley's e-mails to pages goes before members of the House Ethics Committee today.
That panel is trying to learn how officials handled Foley's inappropriate messages to male pages.
Kirk Fordham, who was Foley's chief of staff, has said he told Speaker Dennis Hastert's chief of staff several years ago about Foley's behavior toward pages. He says he later learned that Scott Palmer spoke with Foley.
