How does it feel to be used?

How does it feel to be manipulated? To be used as a tool by the RW'ers to get them in office, then you are kicked to the wayside, how does that feel?

How does it feel to be ignored until every even numbered year when your issues are somewhat addressed, but dropped because there just wasn't 'enough support'?

How does it feel to have Karl Rove describe you as 'nuts'? How does it feel to have Mike Scanlon refer to you as 'wackos'?

I hope you feel manipulated, that's exactly how you should feel.

I hope you feel hurt, that's exactly how you should feel.

And, I hope you feel betrayed, because that's exactly how you should feel.

I don't agree with your policies, and frankly, I don't like the leaders of the Christian Right. But, the Far Right Republicans took your support, used you, and then ignored you. Politicians lie, that is one thing, but you all were actively exploited, if you don't feel shocked and hurt, then I don't know how stem cells and gay marriage can upset you.

So, I implore you to listen to David Kuo and fast from politics to teach them how much the GOP needs you.

I think that it is great the way the Republican leaders have used and abused the Christian Right. I love it that the Republican leadership has shit all over the CR and the silly bastards just beg for more. If ever there was proof that the CR is a bunch of knuckle dragging, mouth-breathers with room temp I.Q.s this is it. If, as a group, you can be fooled, manipulated, ridden hard and put-up wet by that bunch of nose-pickers in the WH, then it should be a wake-up call to you that maybe the preachers and tee vee evangelists you pray to and give your money to are not who they say they are.
