The "family values" repukes strike again. Porno? My oh my!

Schelske denies Evans' allegations that he committed adultery, was verbally and emotionally abusive, drank excessively and frequently watched pornography in their home

And what about this part?
Schelske, 43, also says his wife's interest in her "marital roles and responsibilities" declined.

1. I don't understand the part about watching porn at home... I mean
that's better than watching it in public, no? :+

2. Interesting.
...says his wife's interest in her "marital roles and responsibilities" declined.

Mine would, too, if my husband was addicted to porn, having sex with other women and flaunting all this shit in front of our children.

Maybe that's just me though.

:puke:

4. Where do you get all that from?
Schelske, who ran for Congress as a Republican from Oregon's 5th District in 2002, says he and Evans, 35, were watching pornography together when their oldest child, a 7-year-old daughter whom they believed to be asleep, entered their room unexpectedly.

Addicted to porn? What a bogus, bullshit concept. You can't be "addicted" to substances that aren't psychoactive.

8. Actually, you can be.
You can be psychologically addicted to pretty much anything.

3. Just wrote it up...
http://www.lavenderliberal.com/conservativebabylon/schelske.php

What I haven't added yet (I always learn more stuff after I've finished an entry) is a blurb I just ran across in some celebrity-gossip column, in which Schelske claims that the only time he ever had sex with another woman, Evans was there -- and taking the pictures.

I tend to believe the bubbleheaded bimbo over the "sodomite"-hater -- even if they're both disgusting Rethugs.

5. You seem to have blindly taken her side
Without even considering what the most likely and believable version of the events are

Which of these seem more plausable:

Watched porn on TV in the presence of one of the couple's children

or

he and Evans, 35, were watching pornography together when their oldest child, a 7-year-old daughter whom they believed to be asleep, entered their room unexpectedly.

---------
There are several photographs showing the defendant having sex with other women

or

Schelske claims that the only time he ever had sex with another woman, Evans was there -- and taking the pictures.

After all, SHE HAS THE PICTURES

The affair with the nanny, I'll guess it's true because I don't think Evans would drag her through the mud without a reason, but that is only speculation.

6. Nope.
My target is him and him alone, because he's the Republican politician. I have no sympathy for her whatsoever, but she's not the one who ran for public office; he is.

For comparison, see Sonny and Mary Bono, who get equal time, because they are/were both politicians.

The day Evans runs for office, I'll be all over her like white on rice.

7. I can see that --
My target is him and him alone, because he's the Republican politician

I can see that, and I wasn't thinking you were just coming down on gender here, and neither am I really.

Saw the Bono's entries -- ha! I guess when I wrote the other post I didn't realize that you're a chronicler of 'pub sexual exploits.
