Accused Drunken Driver Charged With Killing 3

MILWAUKEE -- Criminal charges were filed Monday in the weekend crash that killed three people from the same family.

Investigators said Joshua Scolman had a blood-alcohol level of 0.24 when he ran a red light at Appleton Avenue and Capitol Drive and hit another vehicle.

What they don't say in the article, but they did report on the TV news, is this guy took a gun out of his SUV and was shooting at other cars just before he was arrested. :grr:

On the Milwaukee news, he said while being arrested, that if he was brought before a "liberal" judge, he'd shoot the "traitorous bastard."

Any more evidence needed that the guy is a Freeper-type?

This is the price society pays for letting the Ann Coulters and Sean Hannitys of the world spew their filth. Not that they don't have the right to spew their filth, but the whole "liberals hate us" meme is so utterly destructive to the interests of the society. It creates a climate of fear and hate. We only step back from the crazy ass rhetoric when a tragedy occurs--like how the country pulled together after Kennedy's assassination. There was a sense that the political demonization had gone too far; that some people just got too worked up from all the scorn in the air.

I hope it doesn't come to a tragedy before someone tells them they need to start acting, well, more Christian.
