BREAKING: Russert can't fricking read text from a page

When will the morans over at NBC figure out that he's obviously got a problem with this?

I can't stand listening to him mis-read text week after week. Get him some lessons...or DON'T PUT THE TEXT UP ON THE SCREEN!

For crying out loud...
