2. Not sure when you saw those numbers, but -
I thought I'd seen W's ratings between about 33-37% lately, and the country headed in the right direction was in the 20's!

4. Saddam verdict bounce?
We haven't seen any polls taken mostly after Sunday. Also, Clinton's approval on Election Night in 1994 was slightly HIGHER than Bush's is now. If Bush is at least in the low '40s, then we win this.
